| You can easily keep your rhododendron compact by removing shoots or by planting it in a sunny site. Still, it is better to buy a adequate cultivar.
- Cunninghams White and Ponticum can be trimmed trouble-free up to 50 cm above ground level in springtime. Bear in mind that by trimming your rhododendron, it might take a few years before you will have a compact plant again with flowers. Cunninghams White can be planted as a blooming hedge and you only need to trim it once in springtime. | |
